Optimizing the Technology Ecosystem for Seamless Connectivity, Performance, and Enhanced User Engagement

Our client is a satellite and online radio service provider with a wide range of audio content, including music, sports, news, talk shows, and entertainment. The platform offers over 150 channels, and it is available in vehicles, on mobile devices, and via online streaming, catering to diverse listener preferences across the United States and Canada.

We started our collaboration in 2020 and they chose us for our proven expertise in navigating complex challenges across diverse technologies and industries, ensuring seamless integration and a superior user experience across all platforms.

Client Challenges

The main challenges revolved around software integration, quality assurance, performance optimization, platform compatibility, and delivering a seamless user experience across multiple platforms and technologies.

Another challenge was ensuring smooth and efficient communication between the frontend and backend systems while maintaining a robust testing infrastructure capable of validating the software under various conditions.

Solutions Provided

We were responsible for building and verifying major Android OS software releases, as well as triaging Android-related defects identified during QA regression testing. Additionally, we handled support tickets related to client app software, documentation, technical spikes, scripts, and tools.

We developed a production-ready Android Automotive Operating System with a full suite of 360L features, compatible with any AAOS-based head unit integrated with our client’s satellite module, leveraging advanced satellite and streaming technology to provide personalized content and access to more channels.
