Our journey with the client started five years ago, and from the very start, we built a strong, productive partnership rooted in professionalism and collaboration. Since then, we have worked side by side through every stage of the application’s development —from defining the requirements to the final build.
Together, we created a platform that offers cyber analysts the possibility to proactively hunt the presence of cybersecurity breaches which can also be used for training and practice.
Client Challenges
The main project challenge was the complex and niched field of the project, cybersecurity. Developing a cybersecurity platform that can hunt cybersecurity breaches implies robust security measures to protect sensitive data while maintaining system performance.
Furthermore, the team had to address scalability to accommodate a growing number of users and evolving cybersecurity threats. Ensuring seamless integration with AI systems and providing ongoing support and updates adds another layer of complexity to the project.
Solutions Provided
First challenge we solved was developing a flexible middleware to seamlessly integrate with an existing back-end system. We built a custom-web application to serve both as the front-end interface for users and the administrative control panel. The API middleware was designed to act as a bridge between our client systems, enabling smooth communication with external vendors and clients.
An additional solution was an AI-driven assistant designed to enhance the efficiency and quality of users’ case notes and trading activities. This intelligent system aids users by evaluating and analyzing the relevance of the information involved. By doing so, it ensures that the case notes are not only more comprehensive but also streamlined and pertinent to the users’ specific needs and contexts
